Since 2010, we've combined exceptional small-group Pilates classes with professional instructor education, all delivered by an outstanding team.
GROUP CLASSES
Small group classes in which posture, coordination, strength and biomechanics are worked on during dynamic movement sessions. We offer classes for all skill levels in the STOTT PILATES® method, utilising Matwork and equipment, such as the beloved Reformer, Tower, Cadillac Wall Unit, Cardio-Tramp and Stability Chair.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual Pilates sessions specifically tailored to improve weak areas and connections of the body, build healthy movement habits and core strength, and achieve your own set of goals using a wide range of Pilates techniques and equipment.
Duo sessions are also available.

We are the German Capital's main STOTT PILATES Academy Partner. Berliner Pilates provides world-renowned Certification Courses in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Injuries & Special Populations, Functional Anatomy, as well as different workshops in the STOTT PILATES method.

DEBORAH DEGANO
Deborah is the founder of Berliner Pilates, a fully certified Pilates instructor, and a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer specialising in STOTT PILATES® Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, Anatomy, Injuries & Special Populations.
Deborah discovered Pilates while studying contemporary and theatre dance in Milan, where she graduated as a professional dancer in 2002. She later completed extensive STOTT PILATES® certification programs and workshops in Milan, Hamburg, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Since 2018, Deborah has been sharing over two decades of experience by educating STOTT PILATES® instructors in Berlin, across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and representing Merrithew in Trade Shows and Conventions.
