Nicole studied Marketing & Business in Milan, where she discovered her love for dance and gymnastics at a young age. Facing back issues, she found comfort and fascination in Pilates, which has since become a significant part of her life.

 

Working as a Marketing Lead in Berlin for a big corporate, Nicole felt the need for more balance. She reconnected with her passion for Pilates, leading to a career shift amid the hustle of the big city.

 

Nicole embarked on the journey to become a STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor specialised in Matwork and Reformer, having studied at Berliner Pilates.

 

Nicole‘s insatiable spirit of wanderlust not only enriches her life but also her Pilates journey, as she explores and learns new styles and movement techniques from different parts of the World.
